What the future holds for BETHESDA is UNCERTAIN. Plus Todd Howard is leaving after ELDER SCROLLS 6. So who is left to take these roles and how will they do

Devs moving to new companies after a major release is not new or indicative of anything. After years of working on a project/projects, some people want to try something new. Many of the major game studios out there now began in the same way, with devs coming from even older companies. New game studios don't just spring out of the ground like some weird parthenogenesis.

Doomsday predictions based on common occurrences seem to be a thing, however. So, enjoy yourselves, I guess.

Words evolve. Like diversity means less white people and inclusion means removal of white people to replace them with non-white people.

Tolerance means if you don't believe everything the person believes down to the last thought, you are intolerant.

Exodus now means 2 people from a massive company leave.

I work at a company (not a gaming company) bigger than Bethesda. People leave all the time dude.

The quest designer is sad to see. Pete Hines though? Good riddance. The man was PR poison and completely deflective to criticism.

It is not uncommon for people to commit to finish a project and then leave. Average stay at any studio, games or otherwise is around 2 years. I think Silicon Valley companies are around 1.5 years. People leave development jobs all the time.
