In the secondary mission that Constellation offers us, I have to scan a planet, but which one ?, it was not specified, should I simply scan all the planets of the Carinae solar system?

Constellation missions are randomized so it's hard to say exactly what you need to do. A lot of the time you'll need to look on multiple planets in the system, actually landing on them.

Typically you need to go down to the system indicated, and land on each planet and either look for "Life Signs" or "Natural" points of interest and head to them and do a scan on what you find.

If you go to a planet and it doesn't have any circles with ? in them (Traits), that means the planet doesn't have any traits like Turbulent Lithosphere and can be skipped.
