Eye of the Storm: Install Both Comspike and Conduction

I am at this point and with Jazz, I have completed the conversation with here. There is no option to modify ship, and install. Game is stuck on Jazz, I have saved and went back to desk top and reloaded. Still stuck on Jazz, can't get her to screen where you modify ships.
Any ideas?

Talk to Jazz again and ask her for help with your ship. She's the station's mechanic after all.
