Thrusters

Put two of these on the front of my ship but I don't see much movement when I hit the bumper to use them? My ship's mobility is 82 with them on and 86 without them. Make no sense. Am I doing something wrong?

Anything listed under "Structural" are cosmetic. They don't do anything.

To use Thrusters you need the skill. (Piloting Rank 1) Not any part on your ship.

The thrusters don't improve your speed, they allow four directional strafing movement by holding the spacebar down and pushing a direction key.

As mentioned above, anything in the structure section is largely cosmetic. Only exception is weapon mount plates.

Pretty sure there's a tooltip that pops up when you go to "Structural" that says everything is cosmetic (doesn't alter ship stats).

I use a controller but am getting rid of them. Have no problem in battle.

Yea even if they show a rocket boost animation anything in structure or what ever it's called is cosmetic.
