Any idea on how to fix the gamma issue?
I finally decided to give the game a chance, at my first planet i gave up due to horrendous gamma issue. Its so washed up in dark. Only solution i found was to change "video range" on my TV to limiited to get good blacks, this on a OLED TV. WTF? A year and a half and they still didnt fix this?

They did a lazy fix (which still isn't perfect by any means) that relies on Auto HDR being enabled in Windows 11. If you're on Windows 10, then the only solution is to use the Lumen HDR mod available on Nexus Mods (which also isn't perfect... the game just sucks for HDR; I still play in SDR myself with my HDR capable monitor and Windows 10).

what exactly is this gamma issue nonsense ? stop making up non existent problem when there is none , it is obvious your display device aka cheap OLED TV that caused this issue.. i played both on 144hz laptop screen and on old samsung LCD TV and there is zero issue with gamma

I'm not a big fan of HDR and how it looks in general. I play in SDR and it suits me just fine and I like the way the game looks.

My OLED TV is a LG C3 77inch. Check the price before you write something again.

There is a huge gamma+filter problem in this game. Funny thing is it works perfect if i change "Video range" to limited instead of Full in TV settings. Its so stupid LOL every other game i tested works as intended with my TV...
