Steam overlay has an FPS counter. And I'd presume that the Nvidia control panel has one?
Of course, as a test to see if it's DLSS giving the AA problems, you can say screw the FPS and turn off DLSS to see how it looks then.
It smooths the edges so they appear less jagged.
