Create/Save My Look?
Is there a way to create/save my look? I want to restart but with a bunch of mods that overhaul the game, a fresh play/feel, but the issue is, I really don't wanna have to re-do the painful process of making my character look pretty all over again... Any way to like copy and paste my current save character appearance into my next new game?

Yes, you need to use the CharGenMenu mod though. It has the ability to save your character's appearance as a preset:

The easy answer is there is a mod.

Chargen
https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/6850

However the actual answer is alot more complex because I don't know your level of experience with Mods. This mod sometimes takes time to update after a Game update which is upcoming in the next few weeks (or sooner).

This mod requires another Mod

Starfield Script Extender
https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/106

And again when an update hits this will likely take time to update as well (Since Chargen will have to wait on this mod to update before they can update theirs.)

So the biggest thing is to learn how to keep your game from updating and as much about modding as possible. So if you are just starting you can learn good habits from the start.

What I suggest is installing the two temporarily (After backing your current saves up to a safe spot) and learn how to use these two. Then save your Preset (and once you do that, back that up as well) then if you like continue your current playthrough using just the Unmodded method.

But up to you.

That's really strange...
As stated above, are you using the most up to date version of CharGen? This is the one uploaded on 08/21/2024.

Your presets should also be saved in: C:\%User%\Documents\MyGames\Starfield\SFSE\Plugins\Chargen\Presets
or
Starfield/Data/SFSE/Plugins/Chargen/Presets

Other than that, I honestly wouldn't know. You might want to elevate to the mod's discussion tab.

Nice! I'm glad it worked! I'll have to remember this solution myself.
