AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor 3.60 GHz with 16 GB Ram
with my Gigabyte RTX 3050 runs this game on recommended?

What do you say about that?

Recommended AMD CPU is a R5 3600X which is like a better version of what you have, should be fine though. Your GPU is below min spec though.

I dont think so, might still be an alright-ish experience though depending on your standards. I said it's below min spec but only slightly so 1080p30 fps should probably be achievable if that's what the min specs aim for

we have no frame of reference for what recommended really means. They don't show resolution and target frame rates on the spec list.
