I think the desaturated and sepia filter-look is awful
Even if Starfield turns out to be an amazing game, I can't get along with that desaturated look. It feel gross and looks very disasteful, to me. And I entirely expect that it's sucking a lot of impressive sensations from the environments that would otherwise wow people. Personally, I don't understand why they would make the game have that desaturated, sepia look.

I assume there will be mods that adjust how it looks, and I'll be looking to get one installed ASAP. I hope it will be possible to add neutral / not stylized colour, and that the desaturated colour theme won't make that difficult to achieve.

Ideally, there would be an option in the game to disable the filter look.

What do you think about it, and what do you think the prospects are for getting mods that give more natural colour?

Here's a mod for Hogwarts Legacy that does what I hope to do with Starfield:

It'll look fine once you remove the spyware from your graphics card drivers.

I don't have any. But if I did, Bethesda would have had to have put it there for it to affect only their game in all their presented material.

The visuals looked great to me. Except for the npc/player facial graphics. Not even as good as Fallout 4 has.

Remember also, in the game graphic options, you will be able to adjust them more to your liking.
