It's in the Ship Tec's menu, you don't actually have to build anything from the build menu. Just ask the ship tec to buy a vehicle, bingo, all done.

Just buy a vehicle from any ship tech, it'll spawn outside of your ship where ever you land.

When I talk to the Ship Tec in New Atlantis, I get the following:

[1000 Credits] My ship needs some repairs
I'd like to view and modify my ships
Let me see what ships you have for sale
Where did you say I could sell things?
Where can I go if I need more crew for my ship?

I watched the game update before running it. I don't see any option to buy a vehicle. Cheyenne doesn't have the vehicles either.

Who knows. You sure you got the update too? Its 7PM EST for me as of now, I had it an hour ago. Its 1.8gb (for me anyway)

Well I'm not sure but I had to verify files and had 5 bad ones. No sure if it was the download or the mods I had installed. But after that it works as it should.

Same for me. I can buy it an infinite amount of times and it takes my money each time but no vehicle appears. Pretty annoying.
