It also makes use of the Ship Vendor Framework that Reconciler posted about.
The Creation kit can be daunting at first, but I promise it's not as bad as it looks. The ship builder works pretty much the same as in game. Took less than an hour to get mine rebuilt. Took some pics on my phone to use as a reference while I rebuilt.
