I don't think so...
This thread is falling behind and cannot progress in the main quest
my current run is not up to that point yet, so can't verify..
been doing to much of the "hey i found new mods, time to start over" that put my skyrim hours to over 2000.
"Into the Unknown: Fixed a rare issue where a Temple location might not populate when receiving the “Go to” objective."
and
"Power From Beyond: Fixed an issue that caused missing Starborn temples and scanner disturbances that could prevent obtaining all Starborn powers from that universe."
altho of course there was still one or two people that said they had the problem again, but also plenty of people who have said they did get them all, repeatedly and raised their powers to higher and higher levels.
i havent had a missing temple bug in 21 universes (doing the 24 temples each time), since I started playing in january 2024.
The way it works : if you visit a system that has a temple AND have the corresponding artifact in your inventory, you get the "power from beyond" mission with the location marker automatically (without having to talk to Vlad).
