Diego no longer giving One Riot, One Ranger quest

I have noticed that during the last four sets of Free Ranger quest from their mission board, they are no longer posting this quest. It was faithfully there after every other set of missions. So I would accept all the missions in one set and complete them. Then the next set would have that mission available.. I would complete that set and then the next set wouldn't have it. Complete that set and the new set would have it, and so on. Now the mission doesn't appear. Has anyone else experienced this?

Diego's quest is working just fine for me. I only ever pick the space fight quests from FC, Trackers and the ordinary mission board (cba with ground combat), but I reliably keep getting Diego's special quest after a few Crimson fleet missions from the mission board.

I found out what is going on. Diego wasn't giving me the quest because I already had it but it wasn't showing up in the mission log along with several others. Some how the log had "dropped" them and wasn't showing them even though they were active. After running through several batches of missions, all of a sudden they appeared on the mission list when I hit the L key. I completed them, and Diego gave me my reward. Later I could get the mission again. I don't know how the mission log got fouled up though.

I think I know what you mean. i rare cases, some quests won't show up in their respective categories, only in the "All" tab, for some weird reason.
