How to turn off this visual effect on character body?

for some reason my character is always cover in some dirt on planet making it hard to see. How to turn this off?

That's not a normal effect. Are you using any mods? If so, it's probably one of them. If not, then validate the game files.

My question as well.

There are some sort of similar visuals but they don't resemble dirt.
Rejuvenation perk gives off the white floating little particles around your feet.
Starborn Powers also can do this.

But neither of those 2 resemble dirt imo.

did you try starting a new game?

Uninstall the game.
That should fix it.
