I agree, but you might not think so because of the stats by themselves but it just chews up stuff. Very fun weapon.

This lol. Semi-auto so it does even more damage on headshots with my level 3 rifle and level 3 ballistic skill.

I never got that hard target sniper rifle :(

I also got the Revenant (legendary magshear) but it's ammo was so expensive I basically had to stop using it until the final battles and it goes through the ammo so quickly that I very rapidly drained all my stock of it.

I didn't use it for ages but the varuun particle rifle is nuts when fully upgraded. Even though it doesn't let you use a silencer and in no way indicates that it is silent, it works way better than the other weapons for stealth. Its also available from the trader with instigator(weapon is called reflections) which is hands down the strongest perk you can get on weapon since its just straight out 100% damage boost.

I know its not the biggest or hardest hitting weapon, but this god-roll grendel swats down pirates and spacers on the cheap.

Bullet cant penetrate cover in this game, if there was a gun that can penetrate cover, it would be my favorite.
