Nope. There are plenty of ways to cheat experience in this game.

Easiest is just: player.modav experience 90000

I'm not sure they'd even bother tbh, it's gotta be a pretty low priority in a single player game that someone out there is levelling inappropriately.

Well they never fixed leveling exploits in their prior games so I wouldn't hold your breath.

I dont think they will change anything. If people want to ruin the experience for themselves they could just as easily just use a console command. Its a non-issue, players that want the slow burn levelling of starfield will deal with it as they play, those that don't will setup an xp farm, or mod, or use a console command.
