Dream Home mortgage payment not offered

Hi,
I have selected the dream home trait and I would like to pay the mortgage. Unfortunately, Landry (GalBank) is not offering me the option to talk about the home. He's offering a debt collection job and although I have let him talk about job (up to the point before deciding to accept the job), walked away and talked to him again, he is still not offering the dream home option. Is this a bug or is there a solution for this problem?

If you had the trait, you should get a mission to visit the home. After visiting the home, you can then resolve the mortgage.

If you never got the mission to visit the home this may be a bug for you. You can use the console to activate it, but do this at your own risk, so make backups of your save:

In the console type:

setstage A47B8 100

I have the mission and I have also tried to go first into my home (paid 500 credits), but this didn't solve the problem.

I have managed to get the mission offered. I had to accept the debt collection mission first, then Landry was offering the dream home mission. Back then, I didn't want to accept the debt collection mission since Sarah was not happy about and I was aiming for the Starcrossed achievement. In the meantime I have got the achievement, hence accepting the debt collection mission wasn't an issue anymore. Btw, I didn't encounter any bugs with the dream home mission. I can enter my home at any time, even without entering the house (and paying 500 credits) before paying the mortgage.
