Console command to move NPC?

The Starship technician is over 2km away from the starship landing pad (where he is supposed to be) in Mars, he just stands there in the middle of nowhere, i need to move him where he's supposed to be. Anyone know a console command to do so? He's immortal so i can't just kill him and wait for him to respawn, any help would be appreciated.

Open the console when close to the NPC, left-click the NPC, and you'll see a code on your screen. Write that code down, go to his original location, and type <code>.moveto player.

So I tried this on a security guard with code 137d53, the command line looks like this: 137d53.moveto player

but they cant be talked to and etc when you do they have their eyes closed etc

yeah issue is still occuring , prid and moveto player are not a solution, that npc still wanders off after a map load, whatever..

You can target him and enter TAI into the console (toggle AI). He will freeze in place and you can do it a second time to unfreeze him to talk to him. It's not a solution but a bandaid that might keep him close to his post at least. If he is teleporting, I have no idea. This will only stop him from moving/acting.
