its not your rig, its the creation engine and the development/optimisation process used.
I am being entirely honest, I also installed it on my SSD, . I should note it is an RTX 3080. Which is one of the newer nvidia cards. I too have 32 gb of memory, maybe our SSDs are different?
My CPU is an 11th gen Intel I7 set to 3.60GHZ but actually on my computer when at rest it it going at 4.55 ghz. (ALienware overclocking stuff i guess)

We'll wait for official DLSS integration.

drops TO 60 frames at times but very rare .
3070 is mid tier GPU. You should use DLSS at 67-80% render scale and should be able to play on ultra 100-120 FPS, with no noticeable degradation in visuals.
