First Contact Mission Bugged

I choose the settlement way. I brought all materials and get them to paradiso. Now as Im on some random ship captain is still in one of my ships room. All her guys just left her. After I got to earlier save and switched to frontier as ship she just walked out. Now she just talks to me and doesnt end the quesline. Is it a common bug or not?

I just finished it, had all the materials and walked her out of my ship and she didnt even take the materials!

Some quests are bugged like that, I've had some already but after a few other quests get done you go back to that area and it can magically fix itself. Just go do other missions and come back later to try.

Stuck on this mission as well, i got all the resources, talked to the captain, agreed to take them aboard my ship to transport them to the planet, but the conversation does not end and I am stuck staring at her after agreeing to take them on board. Quest never goes past that last conversation and whole game freezes, can't escape, cant walk away, she just stares at me. I have to force close game. I have done this 10 times and tried talking to her in different areas in case that location was stuck to exit the dialogue, no luck. had to abandon mission.

Same exact bug here. The conversation just doesn't end.

I recommend starting all over at one point when Bethesda released a reasonable number of patches(in contrary to going NG+ all the time). Ride the bugtrain as long is it's fun, and use google for specific quest bugs. There's plenty of help, specially on Reddit in that regard.
