[Bug] Akila City: Blast Zone; Clear Out The Hard Rock on Tate's Land

I have a mission to clear out some rocks there are only the blue markers there but no rocks to mine. Only thing I can think of is that I already mined them while walking around with Sam during the introduction into his character and Akila city, that was over 100 hours ago.

Same to me, no rocks, only markers.
And some of the guards are running around in underwear....

Same thing happened to me. Flew to Venus and slept for 24 hours. I immediately went back to Akila City and the rocks had spawned in.

I went to Venus and slept for 24hrs and it worked the rocks were there.

I found the solution to this problem days ago when i googled it. there's console commands you can use to skip this part of the quest to continue, thats what I did.

For me sleeping in venus for 10 hours solved the issue

Weird solution but going to Venus & sleeping for 10 hours somehow solves it, doing it on another planet doesn't. No idea how it is connected

When I went to try the fix, I saw Venus has a crazy high local to UT ratio (1 to 100).

So 10 hours sleeping on Venus counts as 1000 hours UT, which is probably longer than the global "reset cleared cells" timer or whatever it's called. Confirmed working, thanks.

Glad Google led me here because the Issue is still not fixed, hopefully resolved in the next update but luckily a workaround was found
