I havent found decent lake yet but seen bodies of water,
Thats the word I couldn't think of at them moment, lol I just said shores
So great location.
paradiso, well the planet where that resort is, has plenty of water and beaches. also looks tropical =D
Me and my partner both play Starfield and we both noticed this. Some planets are full of life and still... no water. Oh apart from rock water O.o
Bethesda must have had a priority list and likely to be fixed by moders list, like actually having a good body texture etc.
Oceans yes but its kind of pointless are you can't dive in them. Lakes not so much, closest I've encountered to a lake was actually a swamp that was no deeper then knee level. Ironically I've never encountered a puddle outside Akila City.
Edit: Just found a lake. :D
Yep. Lots to explore on the shores to, maybe even natural wonders or an epic building to build a base near, or star ship base nearby and things.
Its tricky and i am still learning, how to have a close landing spot and everything.

There is another massive lake on the highlands as well which is on the opposite side of the city from where this screen was done. Great views for bases.
However I will concede to the general feeling of there being a severe lack of biome diversity, especially with terrain.
