Where's a good place to buy a reactor?
I need a really top notch reactor, but can't seem to find one. Talked to the guy at New Atlantis and Akila City already but the New Atlantis guy didn't have any, and Akila's reactor the ship dude was selling was garbage.

To get the best reactors and grav drives you have to be a high enough level. The best Class C reactors unlock at 57/60

Otherwise Fusor DC401 which is a 29 power class C becomes available at like level 20.

Yeah, just make sure your piloting and starship design perks are maxed out by the time you get to level 20 and everything should be OK.

Also if you're at the right level but struggle to find a vendor with the parts in stock build an Outpost with a large landing pad with ship builder. It'll give you all non-special parts for ship building.

If you want specialty parts you'll need to visit the Company's HQ. For example if you want specialty HopeTech parts you'll need to visit the planet HopeTech is located at and talk to the Ship Technician
