[BUG] Helium automatically stores as outgoing resource instead of helium tank
Hey so when you put a Cargo Link (Inter System) and connect Helium to it, it will count as ship cargo and filling up the ship, which drastically impacts the performance of the cargo link. It never shows up in the outgoing or incoming resources.

If you however put the Helium in a Gas Storage it will then be transferred to the Outgoing resources, even when you connect it only to the Helium tank, resulting in the ship being clogged up again.

Another "Bug" seems to be, that items will often cycle resources around. Somehow landing from the Outgoing storage back in the Incoming storage also resulting in the ship clogging up.
I think this is caused by an Item weighing more then the remainder of the ships free cargo, which will then just be put into Outgoing resources as excess, but then the game continuously does that for multiple items.

All in all the cargo links are pretty broken and barely function at all.

I've spent hours figuring out a massive outpost linking and I've stumbled upon the very same problem. No matter how you make everything work, for some reason the moment you include any kind of gas, you are doomed to "clog" the Helium-3, unless all of your outposts make mine their own. Despite the outpost system not being up to everyone's liking, I really enjoy it and it has a very simple fix, which would be simple item filtering.

At this point I am giving up, making the chunkiest cargo ship and just making simple outposts to stock up main manufacturing outpost before this ever gets any kind of fix.

the outposting is brutally non user friendly
