Game won't launch

I didn't installed any extra mods or the DLSS etc., so there's nothing for me to remove... Been playing it for 30+ hours and end up clicking on "start game", seeing it turning blue saying game running -- nothing is running -- a few seconds later back to green "start game".

Tried the following but nothing worked:
1. Restart the PC (3060ti + some i7 11th cpu, works perfectly for most games)
2. Completely remove this game from my PC and reinstall it.
3. Moved it from SSD No.2 to SSD No.1.
4. Removed my game savings in Documents/My Games/Starfield.
5. Directly starting it from the game root folder. Run it as admin.
6. Check the completeness of the game. Checked, all 485 files good.

I assume that's problem with my PC then?

It's not ur PC it's the game I played 108 hours and now can't launch game wasted all Saturday trying to fix this game and nothing worst part nobody helps u not even on there Facebook page

If anyone has mods installed, SFSE has to be updated, that may be why.

Did you update your graphic card drivers & rebuild the shader cache? I've a measly 3060 12GB and it doesn't make any trouble. Applying the beta patch let me jump through a few hoops though (had to remove my DLSS mod which you don't use, also removed all custom ini adjustments both in the profile folder and the game folder (you re-installing the game should've taken care about that last part already)).

Running the game as admin shouldn't be necessary (as in at all)

Can't launch the game since this update. I never used any mod. When I type alt/tab I could see the reduced version of the games's graphics, but this windows never could get focus.

No Mods, Reinstalled, Verified file integrity, Graphic Drivers Updated, over 150+ hours and never a problem. Guess I have to wait for Bethesda....

Didn't beta the game.
did update drivers (nvidia), updated the game.
just does exactly the same thing as it does for Andy.

Easiest and best way is to show us what Steam sees.

The steps are as follows (very simple):

Go up top here in Steam and find "Help"
Next choose "System information"
Give it a second or 2 to populate
Then simply copy & paste the info here in this thread, all of it.

Having this information can be valuable and we should assume nothing until we see it

no issues with the patch and my i7 11700/nvidia 3060ti.
game works with the game default graphics settings
and the geforce experience "optimized" graphics settings.

perhaps go to folder
Documents\My Games\Starfield
delete (or rename or move somewhere else) the starfieldprefs.ini file then try the game again

And that's because Oct 9th was the last official update. If you don't know crap about mods, shut it, some of here are just giving a suggestion, OK, got that? Ass.
