prisoners wont show up in the brig

i completed all of the deep cover missions and found all 20 evidence but no prisioners show up in the brig is this a bug ?

Did you turn the evidence in to the LT? Maybe thats it?

hi thanks for the reply yeah i did i handed in all 20 evidence in but no prisoners in the cells at all

They didnt show up till right before the end for me. I checked twice during the missions and no prisoners, but right before the end battle, it was full. They explain it in the story as to not tip off the Crimson Fleet by arresting their conspirators early.

they showed up over time for me. even in the dark rooms where i didnt expect them

thanks for the replys guys do they start showing up when the deep cover opertion has finished ? the stranglers i mean the person who was on the medical ship hasnt spawned in a cell where your sent till kill them by the crimson fleet at the start
