No way to make Razorback/Deadeye stronger ?

I tried to put everything I can craft on those weapons and I don't get higher than 119 or max 130 dmg with them but with other pistols like the Regulator I am at like 200+ dmg without putting mods of them.
I really like the Razorback look but it feels so weak in comparison to close any other pistol, Razorback has the least ammo and should just be way stronger by default, any way to make them stronger or just drop them ? because with every second Regulator being stronger it feels like a waste

The best razorback available is advanced grade. Other than that rarer versions might improve damage, but there are obviously going to be limits.

anychange to know which enemy would drop them ? because in 50 hours I never had a single Razorback drop

I know the merc group from the Freestar Rangers quest line, The First, can drop Razorbacks and the Advanced variants start appearing at around 35+ I think but it would probably be easier to get one from a vendor. Easiest would be from the vendors in Akila City.
