That stuff. As they said, under "Activities" you'll usually have the one to go retrieve a companion.

Check your crew. I think checking out ships for sale might unset your designations for them. Reset her to your ship. Then leave the ship and reenter and she may be back if my theory is right.

That should bring her to you or at least that's her prid for me. I don't think it disables achievements either.

I recovered her, she was just back at the constellation base lol

All my NPC's suddenly vanished from my ship. I opened up the Crew Tab and reassigned them as apparently they were unassigned for some reason. Left the ship and reentered and they were there. You might try that.
