did you get the power from the barrett side quest?

If for certain reasons you can't talk to him anymore then I'm not sure how else you get it. Maybe someone else knows.

see i completed my first run an only had like 16 of them 2nd got a few more on my third run but idk what but he didnt give me all the temples

Yeah but I don't think you should be off by 1 power for all of your ng+ runs if you happened to not know about a High Price to Pay. It also doesn't make sense that literally 23 powers are obtained from doing the same unmissable thing, but this one completely missable power is tucked behind a side quest that goes poof if the character dies.

Details out there are still sketchy, so maybe there is another way to get that missing power, but it seems kind of silly from a design perspective. Maybe the temple can be found manually.

I believe it selects from the two companions you have the highest affinity with when making the choice on who lives and dies. In my case, it was Barrett and Andreja, and I chose to save Andreja.

can someone confirm if im dumb and if i messed up my NG+
so i only have like 17-19 of the powers after reading the therad i realizead when i fight the hunter/emmasiry get all the artifects from them then i go to Vlad for temples? cause i didnt do that lol so with that said i know there +10 runs idk how high the levels for the Skills go cause i know the Ship goes only to 6 so am i okay or do i have to find all the temples every time? if the skills go to 10?

i believe they are but you just have to have good luck in finding it by chance or have to scan every planet and moon in all the early game systems and if they are truly are random they could start spawning on the other side of the universe as your level increases?
