Bug Report !!! Minor Spoilers [hidden] !!!

1. Quest: Burden of Proof cannot be completed from beginning to end if the Crimson Fleet quest line is already finished or mostly finished.

2. Perks/Achievements: Geology and botany perk bonuses do NOT count towards inorganic and organic resources collected stat (N by default on pc) therefore do not count towards Rock Collector and Life Begets Life achievements.

3. Quest: Completing Neon tactical Quest (In Neon) doesn't render the clean version of Styx that frank thanks you for paying for

4. Quest: Newill's Goods (also in Neon) doesn't change intercom announcements after finishing his quest line.

5. Quest/Location: Finishing the Crimson Fleet quest line reverts "The Key" back into a lockdown state, hindering the completion of the Burden of Proof quest line and re-spawning pirates occasionally.
