Centaurian Arsenal/ 12,000, credits can only sell weapons
EIT Clothier/ can only sell clothing and maybe space suits but not sure about that
UC Distribution

Apex Electronics
Trade Authority/ 12,000 credits, can sell anything
and the Trade Authority kiosk at the landing pad/ 5,000 credits, can sell anything
I mean the limitation can be justified in previous Bethesda titles due to money being an actual physical currency of some kind and presumably shopkeepers wouldn't keep a huge amount of it on hand in case of robbery. But the currency in Starfield are digital credits. Especially for large, multiplanet conglomerates like the Trade Authority, they should be rich enough to buy all of your stuff without even noticing a temporary hiccup in their revenue stream.
The difference in Starfield is that it takes forever to wait/sleep through days xD
