A) they've kicked the vast majority of gamers in the teeth and it runs like rubbish on Nvidia cards.
B) They may not have paid attention to the latest Nvidia developments, meaning that the game is failing to register exactly what kind of card you have and thinking it's some generic flop.
So the bottom line is, if you're like most gamers and have an Nvidia card, you kinda got screwed on this game.
PS, forgive my use of the word 'cards', I hail from a time before GPUs were a thing, much less modern times when they're really a full-fledged computer in their own right, that for some reason is still stuck inside a case that's pretending to be a computer without them.
Before or after the update.
Sorry but that is totally untrue.
Please do not mislead people.

OP, this is an issue that's affecting people regardless of their GPU. You should be able to find a fix for it somewhere else where people aren't trying to troll 24/7
Graphics card does not meet the minimal specifications.
Stop breaking games, Bethesda.
In fact, you're not receiving any more money from me. You are now going on my ignored Publishers list next to Gearbox Software.
