Console command to reset New Atlantis?
Basically I had a bug which has caused some small parts of New Atlantis to get deleted; the TA kiosk, a small bit at the bottom of the ramps, and one of the NAT vehicles. I was wondering if anyone knew a console command to fix/reset the cell so I could fix it?

What I think caused the bug; capturing a ship, docking with the Den and selling it there. This caused me to teleport back to New Atlantis where my Frontier had returned to, instead of the ship the game expected to be docked at the Den. Doing this again later has caused other weird behaviour, like making my ship invisible, but I was aware of what had happened that time and was able to reload before it.

Had this happen to me at the Key, had to reload, ended up in New Atlantis with a broken Frontier floating in the air. Thankfully it only cost me 5 min, but recommend none swap ships or does anything with them at the Key. That place is bug city for me, crashing every other time entering or exiting,

Capturing the ship and flying to NA usually ends up with being arrested for contraband.
Doing that in Den is safe.
Flying a ship to Den, registering, selling and then returning to the previus one teleports you to NA and nukes the city. FAr too specific bug to be random and Devs are unaware. I could even leat towards them making it intentional for some weird reason...

Console commands cannot reset quest stages (the information as to what has been completed is baked into the save and cannot be undone), they can only progress them - and using them to progress quests may, and often does, result in other quests breaking down the line, as using commands to progress a quest often results in necessary triggers being bypassed.

The best course of action is to reload an earlier save.

It can't be intentional that you teleport and it deletes part of the city. I can see the terrain under the city through some of the new holes.

I wasn't asking to change any quest flags; what happened here is likely unrelated to a quest anyway. I was just asking if there was a way to refresh the city area, so that maybe the bugged objects return.

I know it's a longshot, and I fully expect the answer to be no. Like if you deleted a tree in Sanctuary in Fallout 4;, you can't get it back. But I was able to fix the invisible ship by changing the parts and name, so part of me hopes the missing objects are actually still there, just glitched, and maybe a rebuild of the cells will detect them properly again.

I HAVE THIS EXACT SAME PROBLEM.

Suddenly I have gaps in the ramp that drop me down to the bottom of the map, the trade authority kiosk is gone, essential quest bits like ATM's are gone, and the transport shuttle at the commerce section is gone.

I need someone to find the ♥♥♥♥ out what's going on, it's stuck like this and re-loading did nothing.

What was cause those happen? I would like to know to avoid those nasty bug?

I got this bug as well. However, I only noticed it a couple hours after I triggered it, so there's no earlier save for me to go to... The last manual save I had was from before the first NG+ 🥲

I don't even know what I did to trigger it, One second I was exiting to cockpit from the Den, next thing I know the ship is mostly invisible and when I landed on new atlantis, all things got ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

So it's ambush, sneaking attack? Not cool, not cool at all! :steamfacepalm::steamsad::steamthumbsdown:

Selling your current ship at the Den and then exiting to cockpit is what seems to do this, for those looking to avoid the bug.

I didn't find a fix, but I can say that the glitched missing parts come back in NG+ just fine.

Remember when we could wipe out a settlement with a bomb?
You remember good gaming back when in Fallout 3.

Why can't we set a ship to self destruct and end the Constellation group?
This is an rpg...Right?

This game is missing so much game.

Exact same issue here, if anyone manage to find a command to reset New Atlantis Starport cell please post it.

Reloading an earlier save is the best option although I've read where going into NG+ restores everything. But if you don't have an earlier save to use and NG+ isn't an option I'd say you're going to need to start a new game.

I've sold commandeered ships at the Den before. I'm sure all of you are making sure the ship you want to keep is marked as your home ship before you sell the commandeered ship, if not you should be.

I have the same problem as you but mine was caused by something else. Mine triggered with the terrormorph attack for the Vanguard quest.

An RPG is an interactive pre-written story. Not a *reactive* story in-the-writing.

If you desire the latter, then you should be doing live roleplay with live people, not with NPCs. There's roleplaying groups for that.
