How do you enter the Starborn ship?

I found the ship too, it says inaccessible on the door! This may only be possible if you have a quest for it

You can only enter your own starborn ship later on in NG+. Can't steal 'em.

i noticed at some point in the main quest these ships start spawn and landing when you visit a planet. never was able to enter one because inaccessible and sometimes i would even have 2 or 3 of them landing near me. im pretty sure this isnt supposed to happen or its kinda bugged out.
