What do you use your mouse side buttons for in Starfield?

For those with a mouse that has extra buttons on the side, what do you assign them to for Starfield? I'm still trying to work out what I should use them for.

Grenade throwing, nothing more

Same. one for grenades but I also found the menu layering annoying to deal with so i used one for my quest log because its more convenient than they keyboard. i also often use them for healing items.

That's a really good idea, using it for that in the menus. I think I might actually do that too, bind one button for what's currently X/landing and one for B/journal. Not sure about using it for grenades or healing in combat though in case of a misclick lol, maybe melee or the gravity power though.
