I have stopped using the "Armory Module" storage on spaceships after all the guns and equipment I had just poof and disappeared.
Landed on a planet stored some guns went out to run mission came back and the gun storage was all empty...lost over 20k in hoarded weapons. They did not move in cargo storage and no I did no ship edit or mod to ship before it happened.
So dumb, what a bug.
