Starting the “Talk to Hamza” Storyline.

I did the Ryujin Industries storyline a few days ago and everything was fine. However, now I’m going to do side activities (“Talk to Hamza”) and the minute I get off the elevator, the screen goes blurry and I am automatically fired upon by Ryujin industries. I’m so confused? My guns are put away and I have no bounty with them. Help please!

Haha well this is interesting, answers anyone? I did the Hamza quest no problem, it's another "go fetch my mail, I'm busy sitting" thing.

Wait is it possible because of a side mission (Juno) that the choices in that mission cause Ryujin to be hostile?
