I actually lose money doing missions for Constellation. Time is money, and they waste mine.
Yeah my opinion of walter never changes because he has done nothing to change it. The one mission (so far) I have done with him, I knew exactly how it was going to go the moment he pitched it to me and thats why the first opportunity I had, we did it my way. And he complained the entire time. He even called his wife mid mission and had her complain at me.
And somewhere all in that I gained a 1 credit bounty that no one every notified me about. I only found out when I passed by a Bounty Clearence board and checked on a Whim.
You also never got the Subtle insult he does. "Feel free to drink as much as you can at the Bar"
The Bar's not stocked. DO YOU GET THE "#($* you"?
I had much respect for him afterwards and after the Hunter attacks he sounded truly wounded and sad.
Old man is aight for being a walking wallet.
Facts, they tried to make him the modern stereo-type "walking-wallet" as his only benefit to society and the butt of their jokes, but 'ol Walt is a baller, laughing all the way to the bank, and the unsung hero.
I found him extremely boring and the cookie cutter rich guy that needs to bankroll whatever organisation.
It is Bethesda of course so having a non profit or even an organisation that is independent due to a trust is not corporate enough. Need to show the dependency on the rich at every opportunity.
I'm pretty sure that many who like him here cry about Soros in real life.
Nah totally wrong Walt is clearly Elon Musk or Steve Jobs as he actually builds and creates rather than make his billions off crashing government economies and buying the fall, blind to the human misery he's caused. Seriously Soros can't enter some countries because he helped crash them, hell he even helped tank the UK economy back in the 90's, brilliant investor.
It's funny because those who love him for his philanthropic work are completely clueless as to just how how he made his money as a ruthless and brilliant of an investor. It is kinda funny because to those that often praise him he's the very definition of everything they hate profiting off human misery, and again can't be stressed enough dudes a genius, absolute respect to his ruthlessness and ability to spot a crack and exploit it. Unfortunately that talent of his often means mom an pops are losing their pensions and peoples retirement plans are crushed, but George probably made a billion off the deal, he'll throw a few peanuts at some charity, and buy some good press.
Mad respect to Emperor Palpatine of Investing, but that's clearly not Walt..
Quark? no way!
Fax. The missed opportunity by Bethesda was not making him an engineer who you could recruit as your ships crew, it would be awesome flying around the galaxy having this old dude drop nuggets of wisdom in between making hilariously wildly offensive comments
everyone else, talking about "back in my day...." he might've gone down as one of the funniest and most loved characters of all time.
TBH this kinda sounds like a mod that needs to happen.
