it worked for me but I don't know wether it is still affected by gravity
I haven't gotten into the console command yet.
"getgs fJumpHeightMax" will tell you what it is currently set to. So load a new game where you didn't modify it at all and use that command to get the default.
Also, you could just try "setgs fJumpHeightMax 0" For many of the setgs values, setting them to 0 restores the default rather than actually setting them to 0. I just can't tell you if that is the case with that variable or not. It likely is though.
Edit: In my game it's at 6.5, and I never did anything to change it.
