This. It is a non-issue.
I have no idea what they're talking about anyway, as even FO4 allowed for partial reloads... Unless they're talking about the Old Earth Shotgun doing partial shell inserts, and doing the full count, instead of only 3 shells inserted if needing 3 to fully reload?
Does the Old Earth Shotgun do a full count, or partial count? I have no idea, it's a terrible gun, so don't use it...
While it's tactiCOOL, I can't see it being something important. Basically, I don't care.
Plus the game is an RPG with stuff like increased reload speed. With that kind of thing, reload animation would be busted anyway.
