How do I get more artifacts and temples...

I think, if Vlad isn't offering one, make sure you haven't randomly activated a mission related to a temple on your own.

Check the mission logs, clear any "Power From Beyond (<planet_name>)" missions. Then head back to Vlad.

I'm already at the buried temple. All other Starborn missions are cleared. I'm not going in yet, though, in case that ends the questline and you can't get any more temples after that.

I missed 2 temples on my first run because Vlad stopped providing them and then I went to the buried temple. After that there just weren't anymore artifact or temple missions to be had.

I think you're ok.

I've only gone through the process once, but you do the buried temple, then (if you want to go through unity) you do a grav jump with the armiliary on your ship, right? I know before I went through I played a good 10-20 hours more clearing things up before I made that final grav jump to unity. And after the buried temple, aren't you basically told to go say your farewells to the constellation team?
But I did have to go complete a couple of "power from beyond" missions that I must've picked up by visiting systems before Vlad would give me another one.

I guess the theory is Vlad hands them out in order? so if you've visited a system, picked up the mission without Vlads help, his scripting gets 'stuck' until you complete that mission?

I have all 24 temple Powers and in 10 NG+ runs, skipped getting some of them. So not all of them are level 10. The only one I wanted to level to 10 was Phased Time, which you get leveled up automatically when you finish the Buried Temple Quest.

So it is certainly possible to get them all by skipping some in some runs.

There are 24 in total if I remember correctly. One of the temples is found by talking to Barret.

Please keep this updated if you resolve your issues; I'll be going down that road eventually, and this sounds like something I'm going to want to know should I have a similar issue.
