Open console by ~` key and type
player.additem 0000000f and a 1000000 10000000 one of these give digipicks the other credits

Also when inputting an item ID, you don't need to type the leading zeroes.

by using the additem f <#> command in console to give money to the npc..to trade with.. that would be slightly more legit.. lol

you can see a text file that contains a list of the commands you have entered too.
this pc>documents>mygames>starfield is the default location and you'd be looking for the text file named StarfieldConsoleHistory.log
