Funny one day thats exactly how a game like this will be, 100 years from now play starfield 5 and have half the elder scrolls games on one planet, fallouts on another.

No, modders won't "make it happen."

Look at the mods that exist now for Fallout 4 and Skyrim, after ALL this time:

None of them do the things people thought they might be able to do.

I think there is only ONE total rebuild mod for Skyrim, which is only for the PC.

because it require a lot of work for a few people to make anything that big.

Beyond Bruma might be one of the biggest mods by size and scale that have actually been released for skyrim (unless you also count Enderal: Forgotten Stories, thats also just a mod, but a complete overhaul/new game made from skyrim)
But the beyond skyrim group are making the entire continent with all the provinces, but again, its a massive work that will take years.

How "advanced" would the planet be? Would there still be every playable race running around? Vampires and werewolves? Daedra? Would the dwemer come back? Would the player blast dragons out of the sky?

If Nirn is in the game is such a great question. Its the planet where the Elder Scrolls is, which sort of makes the magic in that fiction about the different elements and conditions found on that planet, and could mean anything if Starfield is in the same fiction.

Maybe Elder Scrolls takes place thousands of years before or after Starfield and there will be hints and stuff though. So likely its almost a spoiler but no way to know yet. What those hints are would be alot of fun for the writers and designers and team though if the fiction goes in that direction.
