1080p low settings with 30fps avarage.

That PC is going to struggle with the game

medium high with fsr set to quality will be your best bet at 1080p

however you may have stutter issues cause that cpu isnt cut out for it anymore.

I think you can get 60fps for 1080p and 30 fps for 1440p...lets just hope that Bethesda did not follow Triumph in not giving you an option to change resolution.

There must be a reason that NVIDIA GeForce 1070 Ti is the MINIMUM requirement. A regular 1070 ISN'T a 1070 TI. I think it won't work right.

If this is anything like previous titles, you may want to investigate some of the basic nvidia
performance tweaks if you don't upgrade. You will probably be faced with a lot of manual tinkering being so close to the minimum tested rigs, so if you aren't comfortable doing that, I'd wait for an upgrade.

Nah minimum what they mean is probably medium 1080p without upscaling.

You can test whether you can run it in Xbox game pass for pc. Thats my plan.

If i should be honest i have pretty much same rig, just double the ram (7700k on 270 gaming k3, 32GB ram, 1070 8GB with win10 still on 21H2 (since idgaf about win10 updates, they always mess up my old SB X-Fi drivers)) and given how my rig is behaving on anything i played recently i have the feeling it will be ok (if you're not expecting 4K 144fps). The SSD will be bigger deal imo if you can live without ULTRA settings.
And between you and me i would REALLY consider buying any hw just because of Bethesda game (aka bug fest).
(I would also suggest to wait at least 6 months after release because: 1) of getting it for 70-65% the price (f** this 70euro min policy) 2) possibly with less bugs and glitches (you know - Bethesda!))

1 that hardware will be fine as long as you use fsr. and be fine with some hiccups due to the core and thread count of that cpu.
2. this game is not going to be on sale in 6 months. and dude its 70 bucks for a game thats worth hundreds of hours..
3. this is one of the least bug filled releases ever. most people with a review key have already told others that they had to try and find any bugs. and the 45 min footage that was released showed that the game was running great even on the consoles and that it wasnt buggy or glitchy.

so stop spreading false statements. bethesda never had such bad bugs that the game is unplayable. and no f76 is not a mainline bethesda title. it was made by a different team. and cannot be brought up in these arguments.
