But I think a RTX 4090 in a decent build will do 2160p @60 or higher.
Widescreens just like 4K monitors need beefy GPU.
So if you are serious, wait till we have some bench marks.
IF you can not wait, just get a RTX 4090 and know it will just work.
But likely a RTX 4070Ti will pull it off, same with 3090,
AMD RT 7900xt and xtx.
Those are the GPU's you want to have driving 3440x1440 and 2160p in this generation of games.
Edit,
This game wont have Ray Tracing, should be plenty easy for some of these GPU's to get triple digit FPS at 4K.
I'm on a 3070ti. And before anyone has something dumb to say. I got it during the gpu shortage and it was the best I could find after 4 visits to microcenter and standing in their line for a chance to buy a video card. I have no urge to buy a new video card just to play one game either.
My guess is you're going to need a capable cpu as well.
it's a business trying to sell you their top gear, even if you do not need their top gear to play 4k.
10700k and 16gigs of ram. I may just plug in my backup monitor that is 27" normal 1440 res.
Of course they're trying to sell hardware. It's their business.
it just said "featured GPU", thats not the same as claiming you need this to get 4k. They just feature one of their cards (ofc their newest and most expensive one), just like they also has Featured CPU and featured Motherboard.
EDIT: a bit furher up it even say "Check out our suggestions". Suggestion is still not claiming you need it, its a suggestion, again "buy our most expensive card"
So yes, they're trying to sell hardware. Shame on them for trying to sell product I guess. But the 'suggestions' are very reasonable. If anything, they're undershooting.
A claim, a suggestion, who cares. Nitpicking over semantics. Ok, it was a suggestion. You happy now? Or did you spot a typo somewhere and want to nitpick over that as well?
you're the one saying they claimed it, There is a HUGE difference in claiming something and just giving a suggestion. especially when it comes to a company.
so tell me, if they do claim it have to be that.. then you're also saying they claim you need the motherboards on their list to run 4k?
they "claim" you need an AMD X670 motherboard for 4k.
