[Spoilers] Shattered Space Quest Parts not spelled out

Anyone else noticed any quest stuff that isn't spelled out in your quest journal in Shattered Space?

I'm asking just to doublecheck if it was a bug for me, or supposed to be that way (which would be somewhat cool).

Examples i think there are:
1. > Lost & Found second part - Generally advancing in the Orphanage, and then using the music box isn't spelled out it seems.
2. > House Divided - i don't think finding the proof that Tevina also was involved was spelled out.

Anyone found anything else?

They seem to have gone the route of making some of the seek and find quests require experimentation and/or exploration. This happens in Conflict in Conviction while searching for clues.

Seems that way, though i think they had the clue gathering at a few points in vanilla beforehand, but you had to find those clues to continue, so you couldn't miss anything. Whereas with the stuff above i think it's almost the first stuff whereas you can miss more stuff.
But then there might have been some stuff in vanilla you could miss - but i wouldn't remember that really.
