"Redeemed" enemy type location?

Killed about 5 and need 5 more for the achievement but cannot find any - can someone tell me where on spawns?

I have seen them at the shrines, Strength, Obedience, etc. I have not seen repeats though but I also have not had much time pass for respawns to have happened.

They definitely show up at POIs. I found a bunch at a Crashed Ship. I assume they're random from a pool of different NPCs that can spawn at each POI.
