Falling Footsteps Bug

During the quest I encounter a locked door on the second floor of the orphanage. It cannot be opened (the prompt to interact with the door does not appear). I tried waiting / sleeping and it did not work. Anyone else had this?

It's not bugged, it's one of the trick made from the ghost.
To unlock the door you need to go to the bathroom on the same floor, one of the doors will open, you will find a key, the key opens a chest with a book aside, all near the stairs. Inside the chest there is an audio, it tells you the ring a bell to open the door, you can find the bell outside near the beds, track the ghost footsteps
