anyone know why all of a sudden i have invisible body parts on npc,s

you need to recompile the shader cache files

Exit the game.
Go to this folder: C:\Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Starfield
Delete Pipeline.cache

Probably your mods are not updatet yet.
