You need to jump to a moon or planet or space location that does not have a random encounter or encounter in it.

Just did. I have jumped to different galaxies and still I havent seen any new content

from what i know it starts up like how cultists in skyrim confront you, if something else triggers an encounter they wont appear and you need to go somewhere else to trigger them. basically jump system 2-3 times and it should pop up

I've jumped 5 times now and done a mission and killed some NPCs, literally nothing will trigger it lol
